Breaches can be put into two main categories: FCA rule breaches or side-stepping Finance Planning’s rules, procedures or policies. For the purposes of this particular policy we deem all breaches to be side-stepping of Finance Planning rules which are based on our interpretation of FCA requirements. This could be at Adviser level, AR Firm level, or both. These actions are deemed serious and can affect Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) used to monitor risks, Professional Indemnity Insurance and the Adviser’s/Firm’s relationship with the Network. Serious and/or wilful breaches may result in action against you.
